1) Berry Quick Breakfast
Top your favorite granola with a dollop of plain low-fat yogurt and a handful of raspberries, blueberries or strawberries.
2) Healthy Baked Potato
Combine plain yogurt with garlic, salt and pepper. Brush mixture between layers of thinly sliced potatoes in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle grated low-fat Cheddar cheese on top and bake at 375°F until golden brown.
3) Minty Yogurt Dip
Combine 2 cups plain yogurt with 1 finely diced cucumber, 1 deseeded and finely diced tomato, 1 finely sliced scallion, 1 tsp. ground cumin and 2 tbsp. finely chopped mint. Serve with cucumber wedges and carrot sticks.
4) Creamy Salad Dressing
Whisk together 1 cup yogurt with 1 crushed clove garlic and 1 tbsp. each finely chopped parsley, chives and cilantro. Add salt and black pepper. Whisk in 3 tbsp. of olive oil and continue whisking until creamy.
5) Banana Maple Shake
Place 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup skim milk, 2 chopped bananas and 3 tbsp. maple syrup in the workbowl of a food processor. Process for just a few seconds until combined.
